Our Team of water specialists have devoted their time and knowledge to the implementation of systems designed to help those in need. We pride ourselves in working hard to do our part in helping to solve the water crisis plaguing many parts of our beautiful world. We are outspoken about the need for others to follow suit and do something to contribute to this crisis. One persons want or need to help can change many lives around the world.
Demishan Duderstadt
Our director of operations Demishan Duderstadt is a trained and licensed master plumber from Houston, Texas who has become proficient in many aspects of different plumbing systems including systems designed for water sustainability. His mission in life is to help as many people he can with the knowledge he has acquired over the years in his trade. Not only is Demi a plumber but also a martial artist and a skilled master gardener.
Marcela Neita Maldonado
Our co-director and administrator of US operations. Marcela is an economist who graduated from Universidad Central de Bogota, Colombia. Marcela now lives in Houston, Texas where she runs and operates Revolutionary Water Solutions. Marcela is also a martial artist and a mother to 3 children.

Our director of operations in Tanzania, Africa and owner of HOPE Plumbing Company. Isack is a trained plumber from Musoma, Tanzania, Africa who recieved his plumbing certificate from a Plumbing Vocational School in Tanzania. He has been assisting in the construction and installation of rain water harvest and water well system installations for communities in and around Musoma Tanzania for years now. Isack has made it his mission to run a successful plumbing company and train and employ as many of his countrymen as possible in the importance of proper plumbing. In just short time Isack has built a successful plumbing business. His willingness to help others and his integrity is second to none.

Alex Sabbe is an analytical and results
driven accountant with over 10 years of
experience developing and implementing effective financial strategies that improve business performance and achieve
financial targets. Alex is trained as an
accountant from St. John's University of
Tanzania and later on joined Open
University of Tanzania for his MBA.
Alex is also an entrepreneur and CEO at
Jaci De Alexio Co. Ltd dealing with
productions and selling of food products at Musoma Urban. Alex is married to
Jane Alex with 5 children.
